Internet Customer Experience Among Public and Private Senior High Students

Statement of the Problem

            The purpose of this study is to assess the level of satisfaction of internet users, primarily among public and private senior high students residing in [Insert Name of City]. Specifically, the goal is to evaluate the customer experience of public and private senior high students as they use the internet for both personal and school-related purposes. This is in order to address the research problem concerning the increasing level of dissatisfaction among Filipino internet users with regard to the quality and speed of service of internet providers in the country.

    • cost of the Internet?
